We live simultaneously on three planes of understanding Spiritual, Intellectual, and physical; when all three of these levels are in alignment, we find ourselves in perfect harmony with our deepest desires and the absolute perfection that resides in each one of us.

Most importantly, we find ourselves in harmony with our joy, fulfillment, and the loving energy that we and those around us deserve to experience in every present moment.

What I found interesting this morning as I was catching a glimpse of the local news is how many people are waking up and moving into beautiful alignment, and I felt hopeful.

According to polls, 26% of people are planning to leave their jobs; 80% are worried about advancement in their current positions, and 72% are rethinking their skills.  What that means is, with all of this time during the pandemic, to be at home with time alone to think; it caused people to reevaluate what’s most important to them.

People are experiencing dissatisfaction with how things are going in certain aspects of their lives. This is a good thing as discontent breeds creativity.

What I find, when I talk to people from all walks of life, all around the globe, is when they finally start to wake up to “what is” to find it’s not what they want, they begin to realize they have just been operating on autopilot; sleepwalking.  Day in and day out, going to the same job, interacting with the same people, and doing the same thing; so much so that they’ve just taken for granted this is who they are and who they’ve become.

You know? 96-98% of all of our behavior is habitual, and the operating system that governs that behavior is resident in our subconscious mind.  Most of the time, we are operating out of habit without even realizing why we are doing the things we don’t want to do, particularly when we know better.

Sadly, many of the people who want to make a move won’t; not because they are lazy or aren’t go-getters, but because they are stuck in a habit, and even though they are dissatisfied, on some level, this habitual way of living is their comfort zone.

In order to break free, you must align yourself spiritually, intellectually, and physically.

The spiritual realm begins when you experience that dissatisfaction and start thinking and dreaming about what you would prefer instead.

The intellectual realm aligns when you get clear on what you truly desire and want (not what you think you could have).

The physical realm takes shape when you start to take that fantasy in your imagination and begin to turn it into a theory.  You are, in essence transmuting thoughts to feelings into actions and new results.

If you are looking to find a new sense of purpose or new direction for yourself, the process really is quite simple.  The problem most people encounter is overanalyzing and second-guessing due to underlying fears.

If this sounds like you, know that you are not alone. You also don’t have to accept that and can change.

I love the quote by Martin Rutte, “You have to do it by yourself, AND you can’t do it alone.”

Success is a system. Let’s lock arms so I can show you how simple this process is and how quickly you can gain momentum when you learn to align yourself with the perfection within you, spiritually, intellectually, and physically.
