I have a real problem with SMART goals, especially the attainable and realistic part of them because there is no limit to what you can do. You’ve got to have a goal based on your wants and desires, those things that deep down you know you want in this life.

If you have an idea, a daydream, a vision, or a flash of inspiration; that is confirmation that you can have it. The universe will never give you a moment of inspiration that you’re not capable of manifesting.

If you can dream it and have the inclination to do it, take the step, and you will figure it out.

I have recently begun my doctoral candidacy, and I truthfully do not know how I will pay for it. But I know and trust that I will figure it out, and the next four years of my program will get paid on time. There is something deep within me that knows, this is what I need to be doing right now. This is a direct message from source. I don’t have all the answers.   I don’t know what my life will look like after I finish this program, but if I were to wait until I had all of the answers, I wouldn’t be in class right now.

There is no limit to what humans can do.  What we’ve got to realize is that there’s so much more to us than what meets the eye.

I keep saying this, and it’s so important for you to give yourself permission to take the time and allow yourself space so you can think. Get up an hour earlier; there are no excuses for putting off this work. How do you know what’s bubbling up inside of you if you’re always in a busy mode? Being constantly busy means that you are not allowing yourself to daydream and for the universe to communicate to you what you are subconsciously asking for. When you give yourself the time to think, separate what is coming to you into personal and professional goals without focusing on how you will get there. Instead, focus on what it is, how do you feel, how does it feel?

What can you create with the abundance of money that’s coming to you? How do you get to show up as a leader in your life, family, or organization? Think about your life. There’s no such thing as stability; we are meant for growth and expansion. If you’re not shifting and growing, the world is changing around you.

You’ don’t have to know how to get there. What if you have the dream and that dream is simply the confirmation that you can do it? What if, instead of seeing is believing, you have faith and embrace the fact that believing is seeing?

You have to leap before seeing the outcome and trust that what you have seen is truly meant for you. All that’s needed now is for you to make a committed decision and to take the first step.
