I want to welcome you to join me over on my Facebook page where I will guide you through a ten minute gratitude practice that will set you up for the day in such a beautiful way.

“One grateful thought is a ray of sunshine. A hundred such thoughts paint a sunrise. A thousand will rival the glaring sky at noonday – for gratitude is light against the darkness.” Richelle E. Goodrich, Smile Anyway

When you practice gratitude every day, you’ll start to become even more aware of things to be grateful for. Click here to join me, and forward this message on to a friend who you would like to invite to share in the collective energy of a daily gratitude practice.

During this pandemic, you’re being gifted with more time at home, and I want to encourage you to use this time wisely. I want to help you shift your focus from watching the news and fixating on worst case scenarios, to feeding your mind with information that will empower you to shift your paradigm and start creating a clear cut vision of what you want in life. In continuation of our theme of gratitude, I want to offer you The Paradigm Shift Seminar replay for free. Register by clicking here.

And lastly, I want to leave you with a message that was shared from a friend whose cup is full of goodness and inspiration:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

“Because someone bumped into me!!!”

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

*So we have to ask ourselves… “what’s in my cup?”

*When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, kindness, gentleness and love for others.
