Imagine the person you want to be. What does their life look like? Does this person work for someone else? Or do they run their own business, with a team? What does their bank account look like? What daily habits do they have? When you have a better understanding of who it is you want to become, you need to start showing up as that person every day. You don’t become this person like magic; you build this person.
“If you can hold it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.” Bob Proctor
Everything is built twice, first in your mind and then in your reality. But part of what can be holding us back is that we all have deep-rooted learned behaviors ingrained in us since we were children. When we were children, we looked to our parents and other adults in our environments to learn what leadership and being a grown-up looked like. These behaviors we witnessed became a part of our mindset and an overall part of our paradigm. Not all of these learned behaviors are bad, but they may also not be the correct behavior for the person we are working toward becoming.
Everything that you believe, every thought that you bring into your mind and become emotionally involved in – gets embedded in your subconscious mind, which governs your daily behavior.
When I begin working with someone, there are eight questions I start with to get a sense of what clients really desire and then we take a deep dive into getting to the root cause of their current results. The answers that I am given to these particular questions allow me some insight into who this person is and what types of paradigms I am working with. After all, our behaviors control our life and shape our results of becoming this person we already see ourselves to be.
If you want to have a more in-depth discussion regarding the eight questions to change your life, book a call with me, and let’s start the conversation on becoming the person you truly want to be.
